Hafeez thinks that playing league cricket in the Island just before the illustrious tournament is crucial for the Pakistan players and should enhance their chances in the event. The captain is confident about a good show in the World T20, having beaten Australia

"We have been allowed by the PCB to play in the SLPL mainly because they wanted us to get used to the conditions," he said. "Most of us have played here before and [also] the recent series win [against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Australia-c746] gives us the confidence that we can do something
special."

However, the Green Shirts’ fielding has been a major concern over the years, but the skipper can take some positives from the series against the Kangaroos, where the catching and the ground fielding were quite satisfactory.
"We are working very hard to bring more energy in the field. The boys have taken most of the catches in the recent series against Australia and we are looking forward to an improved show in the field," added the cricketer from Sargodha.
