SMART Grant with Pell Grant with Work Study?

I received a Federal Pell Grant and Federal Work Study (FWS). Is it possible to still obtain the SMART Grant?

Federal Pell Grant + FWS + SMART -> exceeds my EFC.

Federal Pell Grant + SMART -> does not exceed my EFC.

If it is possible to obtain a SMART grant with my conditions will I lose my Federal Work Study?

You can get finanical aid in excess of your EFC. (An EFC is just a code the school uses to determine what kinds and how much fin aid you will get).

You CAN'T get finanical aid in excess of your schools published "Cost of attendance".  NOTE: this is more than just tuition, books and fees, it also includes living expenses and personal items and more...transportation costs.
