  1. er no......SMART means

  2. SMART, as in smart objectives are:

    1. Specific – Objectives should specify what they want to achieve.

    2. Measurable – You should be able to measure whether you are meeting the objectives or not.

    3. Achievable - Are the objectives you set, achievable and attainable?

    4. Realistic – Can you realistically achieve the objectives with the resources you have?

    5. Time – When do you want to achieve the set objectives?

  3. Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound.

    For example,

    "To improve my spelling."

This is not a SMART target because it is too vague to measure in a set time period, and you don't really know what you are measuring or where to start.

"To be able to spell five words beginning with the letter A, by the end of term"

is SMART because it is very specific.

  4. there are a  few !!
