Thats sad. I demand no one smoke in my home, in my car, or around me and my kids. I have had to get into real bad arguments about it with people who do not know the effects od second hand smoke.

You forgot the 1,384,288 that die every year for misquoting statistics and attacking people that are engaged in legal activities, the 23,407,576 that get their noses twisted for sticking them into other peoples business and the 1,598,464,943 that are sued for repeating the lies.

There is no evidence that anyone has died from secondhand smoke.  (I didn't say that it didn't happen, I said there is no PROOF).  Lung cancer existed before smoking was invented.  No one can say that a specific cancer comes from smoking,

That means that YOU can't say that 38,000 die from second hand smoke.

That statistic is a lie.

What do you suppose you call someone that repeats a lie?

That there are still too many ignorant smokers who do not have enough respect for the life and health of other people. Not only they ruin their own health but endanger the health of other people as well.

Furthermore, governments all over the world should finally wake up and ban smoking in all public spaces and hospitality establishments. Moreover, they should make sure that people do not breach these rules.

People shouldn't smoke in their cars, since it's obvious that smoking causes fatal car accidents................just kiddng.

I think the driving tests should be much more difficult, and that people need to have to take driving classes each year or so.

And personally, I hate smoking and I hate breathing in second hand smoke, so I set boundaries with people who do smoke.  I tell them if it is bothering me.  And if if it for them to move, then I don't mind letting them know that.  If it is for me to move, then I just move!

I do not smoke nor have I ever had the desire. But the Constitution gives smokers the right to smoke. As non smokers we have to respect that. Smoking is an addiction and it is the smokers choice. We cant just say put it down cause we dont smoke.There is talk now more and more about smokers but the thing is people new when they started smoking it was bad for them. What about alcohol. Alcohol effects more lives than smoking but no one is concentrating on that. I do not know of anyone who has smoked a cigarette and got in a car and killed someone. Smokers do not break their families apart because they cant control their tempers. It is easier for an under age child to by illegal drugs than to buy a cigarette. Yes second had smoking is bad, but there is an answer ask the smoker to go outside. Or you move away from them. We dont need to miss the Forrest for looking at the trees. Again I agree it is awful but I think smokers are being fall guys for alot of worse things out there. Just how I see it. Hope it helps.
