  1. A snowboard should be about up to your chin. Take a tape measure and see if 155 cm is about up to your chin. As long as it's about that high, it should be good.

    Good Luck

  2. a board should generally be inbetween your chin and your nose.

if you want more control, go smaller. you can get it to around the bottom of your neck, anything else below that may not be easy to ride

  3. if youre 5'6", then youre 167.6cm. most of the time, your board should be in the -20 to -10cm range, so a 155 is fine for you. in general, shorter is for control/tricks and longer is for speed. if its your first board though, it may be best to get it at a shop so you can see and get a feel for it.

  4. a 155 will be too big for you. given your height, weight, and cuz you're a chick, i'd go with something bewtween 145 - 152 depending on your riding style. go with the shorter end if your going to hit the park. if you're just gonna free ride go with the longer end of the range.

i'm 6'0'' and 170 lbs and ride all mountain freestyle. the boards i use are 157 and 158.

  5. depends on the type of riding you do, check this link out, I'm male, 5'8, 180lbs and I just got a 158 size board
