im just really really nervous any things i should do so i can perform better tommarow... and anything i could do like tips... ? please and any things we might be doing so i can prepare my self a little better

  2. First thing is tommorow morning or before u go tryout u should stretch every muscle in your body so u are flexible and practive with the a ball a little bit. But other than that just have fun and u will be fine.

  3. First and foremost, you need to get your head straight. Calm down... and focus. Go to sleep early, stretch for an hour the day before. If tryouts are in the morning eat some of an apple or an orange and drink some water. If they are later, eat a good breakfast, pancakes with some blueberries, nothing with milk or eggs. A few hours before tryouts I would stretch again. Just keep it cool man, go out there and be aggressive, play like your in your backyard just kicking around with some friends. Goodluck.

  4. Be agressive in your plays.  It's OK to be nervous, but you don't want to look timid and shy in try outs.  Get a good night sleep, eat and drink at least an hour beforehand, and do your best.


  5. Kick the football against the side of your house and practice gettin' to it no matter how it carems.  Get good sleep the night before, don't have s*x
