SOEX Hookah legal if your 17?

SOEX Hookah has 0% NICOTINE, 0% TAR, and 0% TOBACCO, is just flavored and you smoke it, so is this still illegal if your under 18?

technically you have to be 18+ to do hookah... honestly no one cares... A lot of people get into hookah lounges way younger than 18. I'm 17 and I used to go to hookah lounges all the time when I was 15 and 16. I don't like it much now. It has effected my lungs....When people say it doesn't harm you they kinda lie. If you do it too much it will.

Depends on your state.  If you're not old enough to smoke cigarettes, then you're not old enough to smoke hookah.  However, I buy a LOT of hookah tobacco, and have never been ID'd or seen anyone ID'd, unlike with cigarettes.  Hookah lounges may be different, i've never been to one (WAY too expensive for a regular hookah smoker).

Here in NJ, the smoking age is now 19.

Wow sorry I completely missed you saying it wasn't tobacco but an herbal blend.  You're completely legal.  I haven't had SOEX in a year and a half, but I remember enjoying the smoke.  It did like to cherry alot though, maybe could use more molasses.
