STARTING TO THINK LOTTO IN NY IS FiXED. ESPECIALLY THE SUBSCRIPTION PART OF IT.?

THIS LOTTERY ORGANIZATION IS JUST THAT AN ORGANIZATION THAT WAS ILLIGAL FOR AMERICANS TO DO ON THEIR OWN, BUT THE GOVERNMENT TOOK IT AWAY FROM THE MAFIA AND MADE IT LEGAL TO PLAY NUMBERS PROMICING THAT THE MONEY GOES TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS... I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR SCHOOL DISTRICTS BUT HERE IN LONG ISLAND WE NEED TO HAVE FUND RAISERS FOR SPORTS AND THE PROMS AND EVERYTHING ELSE....

WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING???

WHY DO WE HAVE SO MANY WEEKS PASS WITHOUT A JACKPOT WINNER WHEN WE HAVE BILLIONS OF PEOPLE PLAYING...

DO YOU THINK THEY HAVE THE COMPUTERS PICK UNCOMMON NUMBERS THAT IT COMPUTES??

I'VE HAD A SUBSCRIPTION FOR 4 YEARS AND IN THAT 4 YEARS I WON A TOTAL OF 36.00.

they will tell you the odds of winning is in more than 1 a million

yes, i think its is so computerized the compter know every number that was picked and it was programmed to pick a number combination that no one else chose

YES, i think it is fixed

  2. stop yelling.........................

  3. I could not read your post because you typed in in all capital letters. This is considered "shouting" online, and is generally disliked because visually it is so darn "loud", it hurts the eyes to read it. Seriously, all capitals is considered poor online etiquette. I didn't know it either til someone told me. :)

  4. When I was in college, I worked for a convenience store that sold lotto tickets (in PA).  I saw dozens upon dozens of customers waste good money on scratch off and regular lotto.  However, one day, a regular customer who bought several "Cash 5" tickets per week/day came in with the jackpot winner (it was around $100-200k).  I had my thoughts about the lotto being rigged until this guy came in with a winner.

In PA, somewhere between 35-50% of the revenue is recycled for jackpots.  The rest goes to schools and old people (state programs, I assume).  If you go to your nearest retailer, there should be a brochure breaking down where some of the revenue goes.  It might even be online.
