Hi!! I am from Philippines i have a daughter from a japanese nationality shes 6mos old now so i cant registered her anymore from phil embassy.

Actually we are not married but he gave his surname to my baby, lately hes tryin to escape from responsibility if thats the case i dont mind but i want my baby to bring in japan i dont know what steps and method should i do somebody can help me plss i need yopur answers badly!!!

I have no idea what the laws are there, but in the US, you would have to take him to court and sue for child support.  You would probably win, but then still have to fight to collect.  You might get him to do it, or not.  Depends on the person.

Of course, this is not a good place to post this, because we, here, don't know a lot about the law,  We know about languages.
