but you can take that pic to them

&& they will do the exact thing.

you just have to take it to the tatoo parlor

I have no idea what it is called but I would say it definetly looks more of the hindu than tribal.  You don't necessarily need to know what it is called to get it tattooed on you if you really like it.  You can bring this picture to the shop and they will be able to tattoo it. But I personally would want to know what it was called before I had it on me permanently.  Good Luck.
