  2. yes

  3. hmm yeah. i think it is. i don't have ocd but i know someone who's like that. always wanted to arranged her clothes in order. are you like that? but i think its normal. if your like that then that's because that is you. i dont think there's something to be worried about.:)

  4. To tell you the truth, yes you have OCD, and so does everyone else. Something as small as chewing your nails or picking your arms or something can be called OCD. It's not a big deal, unless it takes over your whole life.

  5. yup, but everyone has some type of ocding

  6. I suffered from OCD terribly as a child,to the point I washed all the oils out of my hands due to excess cleansing and had to wear plastic bags over them to try and retain some moisture and stop the skin cracking. OCD is a condition brought on by stress in your enviorment. It makes you become irrational about everyday rational things. You have to stand up to these urges in your own mind and say enough is enough. Don't listen to that little voice in your head that says if you don't do this, this will happen,be brave and front it. I used to have to get out of bed numerous times as a child to slightly move a pair of shoes as my mind was telling me that if I didn't something terrible would happen to my mother etc...You must break this cycle, the next occurance you have with it,reject it and say NO. Once you have done this once and seen that indeed nothing happens and you're perfectly safe, you can start to control and shrink it and regain your life without these overwhelming silly urges taking control. I must say that as an adult I still have a slight touch of it,as you say checking and re-checking locks/switches,but I keep it in check and if I've checked them twice already I will refuse to do it anymore and retire to bed. I wish you well, and remember,it's your life, your mind, you keep in control xx.

  7. I'm a psych RN. It sounds like OCD traits, but my bigger concern is the reference you made to seeing bugs. You would benefit and should see a psychiatrist (not a medical MD) asap.

There are medicines that effectively help your symptoms.

    Good luck

  8. Yes see a psychiatrist, medications can help.

  9. yes.

  10. Fish Oil tablets have been proven to help with compulsive disorders. Get some from the local pharmacy and try them for a couple of weeks.

  11. Well I'm not sure I have to check and make sure the doors locked alot anymore before bed time..

if ytour concerned go to the doctors and see if they can possibly run some tests instead of trying to guess at what could be causing this issue.. best of luck either way!

  12. go see a doctor they should help
