I am looking at whether to get a SONY Cyber-Shot® 7.2MP Digital Camera.

My question is, can it video tape with sound, I mean, when you video tape it and play it back, does it have sound? Cause my current camera, a Konica Minolta one, and it is not the best.

==========Or, should I get a HP Photosmart Mz67 8.0MP Digital Camera ??????

THANKS A BUNCH, Y'ALL.

with love,

jenn

  1. Which model of Sony camera? DSC S750, DSC W120, DSC S730?

    DSC S750...yes, but has low resolution movie recording.

    DSC W120...yes, has high quality movie recording, but only average image quality.

    DSC S730...you cannot listen to the audio in the camera. Only by using an external source such as a tv...or after uploading to you computer will you hear audio. Records in low resolution.

    HP? not a good brand.

    For a much better camera overall, look at Canon.

  2. If you know the model of the Sony Cyber-Shot look it up online and look under specifications.  It should say "Video with sound" or "Video clips with sound"

    Almost all newer digital cameras have the option to do sound with the videos, the only issue is the amount of video you want to take, and that depends on what size card you buy for the camera

    (Also note that, the Sony cameras take the Memory Stick Duo cards, which generally run more expensive than the SD cards.  SD cards make up the majority of camera cards for cameras so they're cheaper, MSproDuo Cards only work in sony)
