TV TURNS ON WITH VERICAL COLOR LINES ACROSS THE WHOLE SCREEN, NO MENU NO RESPONSE TO REMOTE ONLY TO THE POWER KEY,YOU CAN SEE THE PICTURE IN THE BACKGROUND. ANY IDEAS? B BOARD OR QM? ANY SONY EXPERT ON BOARD?? THANKS IN ADVANCE.
