We've just bought 2 non-camping tickets to weston park V Festival. Can anyone else tell me their experiences on using this company? Are they genuine? I'm worried!

  1. Hi,

my friend and I also bought V Festival tickets from them - 3 full weekend camping ones!

Only afterwards did we check them out on the Net as I had called them up to add another ticket and they didn't even answer with the company name but this guy picked up and just said: Hello?!!

It says on money saving expert and on various other websites and forums that they are a scam, are based in Spain but have a London phone number where I haven't reached anyone since my first attempt.

Apparently, they sold tickets for a Madonna concert in Australia, which wasn't even scheduled!

We emailed them twice (as phone didn't work) and said we wanted money back and proof that tickets were sent out.

From what I've read I don't think we will ever see the tickets and if, they will be fake ones. Some people got their money back, some didn't depending on the good will of their banks I am guessing; as you have to prove the scam to the bank!

Hope I could help you out!
