SPHR Certification Exam?

I took my SPHR Certification exam on June 6th and failed it. I'd studied for three months, and I was doing about 98% accuracy on the SHRM Study Guides and software. I still failed it. Has anyone failed it then retaken and passed it? If so, can you give me any advice as far as additional study materials that helped, etc????

Chances are were that you were nervous or maybe even overtired when you took the test.  Exam anxiety is very common, especially in exams that have a very crucial effect on your future (i.e. ACT's, SAT's, ADVAB's, etc.).

If you passed with a 98% aaccuracy on the study tests, then you must know the material that is being tested.  Try relaxing and focusing.  Try not to think negatively about your results before or during the test.  Remember, positive thinking brings positive results!!!!
