SPRINGER FRONT END VS INVERTED FRONT END for a mini chooper?

what front end gives a better ride,, and

looks, springer, rides inverted.

Springer front ends will bob more.  For function, go with the inverted forks.  If you like old school looks, go with the springer.  If you are over 40 degrees of rake, go with a springer.  The extreme rake will put too much stress on regular, telescopic forks.  I prefer the old school, springer look.  People put telescopic forks on extremely raked bikes all the time, but I wouldn't recommend it.
