SPURS SUMMER SIGNINGS

Question

It's getting a little ridiculous now, i think its down to the the media though.

But apparently spurs can't make their mind up.

We were supposedly signing Villa, then Arshavin and Pavlyuchenko, then Forlan or Milito, and now apparently we preparing a mega bid for Villa again if berbatov goes.

Also we preparing a bid for Corluka, this is good we need more defenders.

But of Berbatov, Arshavin, Pavlyuchenko, Forlan, Milito, Etoo, Villa,

Which of these (could be two) do you think will be in the Spurs team by end of the transfer window. Do you think Berbatov will actually go, because it appears Barcelona are preparing a bid.

Berbatov is destined to go... It's not more like Spurs wants to sell him. But rather, Berbatov wants to play CL football.

All the players mentioned above wants to play for the best team and in the best competitions. Which Spurs are unlikely to give. That's why players like Arshavin, Villa and Eto'o are stalling in the contract agreements. Spurs are unlikely to attract any great names.

They should try to unearth another unpolished gem like they did with Berbatov. Maybe from the German or Portugese leagues. Players like Deigo are worth the shout...

The press are responsible for all sorts of rumours cos if they have nothing concrete to publish then they just make things up , as for Spurs i think they will do just fine this season even without Keane and possibly Berbatov. Villa  and Pavlyuchenko would both suit Spurs style but i cant see it happening

they are doing the smart thing and fishing around because it's not like they are a big 4 team so players won't just jump all over them they have to fish for talent harder so the way i see it i am happy they are willing to make the effort to finish better and improve the team.

Spurs have made some awesome signings this summer, and it does look like Berbatov is on the way out. I reckon they'll sign Arshavin, and try to get Villa.

Even if they don't, Bent is on great form, and if he's in their first team, he'll be back in the England side by the end of the year. Giovanni dos Santos will also be awesome and I think they'll play him up front.
