SQL Server 2000 SP3 - Installation Path

How do i change the default installation path of SQL Server 2000 SP3 to D:Program FilesMicro Soft SQL Server. I tried using .iss with  [SetupTypeSQL-0]    szDir=D:Program FilesMicroSoft SQL Server    szDataDir=D:Program FilesMicroSoft SQL Server. This is not working. help me with  right procedure to do this.
