  1. I read the book and loved it, you should really find the time.

Your spelling is atrocious you really should work on that, reading exposes you to words and you'll learn how to spell them from sight.

  2. 1. Mica,  Arizona.

    2. Main Characters:

Leo Block: Leo moved from Pennsylvania and has the unattended hobbie of collecting porcupine neckties. He leads the school 'channel' hot seat were he interviews people from school. Leo falls in love with Stargirl but when she's boycotted Leo goes through some conflict.

Stargirl Caraway: A lovable freshman who is very individualistic. She wears flowers, knows very uncanny details about unknown people, and loves to do extremely meaningful and touching gestures for strangers. Suffers a boycott.

Kevin Quinlan: Is Leo's best friend, the likable and energetic host of Hot Seat. He pressures Star Girl to appear in Hot Seat. This event ends a Star-Girl mania through the school, and is the key beginning to the boycott.

Dori Dilson: Stargirl's loyal follower, who feels admiration towards her, mainly because, she is very insecure herself.

Archie Hepwood: A riddling, likable character is Leo's mentor who points him towards the right decisions, which he sometimes doesn't take.  Leader of the Loyal Order of the Stone Bone.

Hilary Kimble: Mean, dislikable character, who is popular. Hilary is very mean to Stargirl, and is also hypocritical. She kills Stargirl's pet rat. She's Wayne Parrs girlfriend.

Wayne Parr: A senior with no particular talent, whose popular because he's there. (Wikipedia Wrong Alert!)

    Check Wikipedia for other characters.

    3. Key Events:

       1. Star Girl shocks Mica High with her odd behavior, and sunny spirits, non make up natural yet beautiful appearance. Star Girl Arrives.

       2. Leo talks to Archie about Stargirl. Archie explains Stargirl isn't her actual name, that she's had lots of different names, and is home schooled.

       3. StarGirl Mania: The 'flock' of Mica High School makes Stargirl popular and a role model. Everyone begins to act, dress and look like Stargirl. Stargirl joins the cheerleading squad. Stargirl and Leo become a couple.

       4. Stargirl on HotSeat: Stargirl is interviewed by Kevin with an audience. The audience begins to throw several questions at her, and eventually ends up boy-cotting her.

       5. The stargirl Boycott: Stargirl is ignored and despised by Mica High student population. Leo ends his relationship with Stargirl, and begins a stormy off-and-on relationship with her. Stargirl is never seen again by the end of the year.

    4. Key Event:

The Boycott: This event is important because it shows how true individuality (being who you wanna be truly and freely) is rare, and that  we are all willing to go with the flock, and are afraid to show who we truly are.

I suggest you reasearch the themes Individuality and Conformity and define them in your book report for extra credit. Go a bit more into detail about the key event once you know these themes.
