*STAR India Youth Scholarships after VIII std. Is It Ad'ble to join for 04 Yr.in ?

I am in Class IXth & studying in Delhi Public School Korba. Recently I have been selected in A*STAR India Youth Scholarships, Ministry of Education, Republic of Singapore. The qualifying written exam is going to be held at Bangalore by 003rd of Sept’08 then on selection Interview will follow.

My Question 1. How is this Scholarship?

2. Now I am 14 Yr. old & I have to study there. If selected for o4 years. Whether it is advisable?

3. if I complete 12th from there can I come back to Indian Universities or what is the other option onwards?

4. How is the Education system at Singapore.
