I have a gameboy color emulator and I was playing donkey kong. I saved the game but it didnt record my save. On the emulator there is a STATE save and SCRAM save as well as STATE and SCRAM load.

What do both of these mean? Which do I use to save?

And if there are multiple files on the game will doing STATE or SCRAM save both of them?

Thanks a bundle
