Dogs and cats very rarely pass diseases to humans and you can't get an STD from them.

It depends on where his tongue has been and who has *** on it.  But yes, to put it simply, it is possible.  Animals have s*x also so it's natural that they can also transmit sexual deceases.

I would recommend making an appointment with your doctor to get it checked out.  A cotton swab and lab tests should be enough to see what sexual decease you have.
