Where can i get a decent steak in LEEDS?

i have been looking for some time and to be fair the best thing i can find is a 16oz rump steak in a pub, now, i to me, pub meals are very generic, and as i am aware prepared usually by microwave etc, in the kitchen.

And very rarely do you get a rare steak when you want a rare steak.

Well i want a rare steak, and a d**n good one please.

and none of this 8oz or 16oz cr*p
