STICKER HELp please!!!?

I know i am being retarded but i ahve a project and I need to know, i am putting stickers on it and it wont come off the whitee thing that it comes on and i keep ripping them.

okay i know i have his problem a lot to and what i normally do                       is either ask someone else if they can get it and if they can't then i soke it in vinegar i don't know i why but it normally helps! and if it doesn't work then i don't know what to tell you but usually it dose work so best of luck!
