STOP CALLING ME SCENE??

Question

Okay everybody at my school always calls me a "wannabe scene kid" and they act like they are in kindergarten. I suppose its because I wear black paired with bright colours and wear bows in my hair. Well I have been doing that since 4th grade, (im going into 10th) and Im pretty sure "scene" wasnt around then. I tried to ignore them, but its completely annoying and rude. I dont feel like I should Have to change the way I dress because it is truly what I like. Im not trying to be like anyone else. How do I stop them?

Keep your head high.  Thats the trick. It's hard, I know.  But it works.  And maybe you could try and dress more, your age.

u dress like that and u act very bubbly and smile all the time and be very smart and act preppy and just love everyone! and they will know that ur not a bad person and that ur fun to be around.

the only reason people make fun of or criticize someone else for things like these is because of thier own insecurity or cowardice, and jealousy that you can be different, or they want to start a fight with you (so just keep ignoring them)

cuz no one at my school really does that, its usually just a media-induced clique high school thing
