STRANGEST alien or universal conspiracy theory you have heard of.

I don't know the strangest, but the stupidest alien theory I know of is as followed:

There is a mountain range on the planet Mars that when viewed at from a certain angle, it looks like a human face, only no nose.

Take that fact and put it together with this one:

The sphinx is missing its nose and beard. We are taught in school that n**i soldiers used it for target practice and knocked the two features off. Well the remnants of the beard has been found, but nobody really knows what happened to the nose.

Somebody took these two facts and made up the theory that Aliens constructed both ranges and purposely left out the nose because they have none.

I can think of so many ways to support the falseness of this theory, that in itself is stupid.

I met someone who believed that humans originally came from another planet. He thought we had crash landed a space ship thousands of years ago and somehow lost all the technological knowledge we had when we made impact with the earth.

I once had a discussion with a coworker.  We decided that the planet that we live on is h**l, and there is another planet in the universe that is heaven.

I stopped believing in that when my mother died.  She still is around me, keeping me safe.  She died in 94.
