I am very easily stressed. Like shopping stresses me out, just seeing the price. School stresses me out, sports stress me out. During my midterms I went to the doctor and he noticed that my blood pressure is rising... School is starting and wow. I am starting High School and that's stressing me out as is band and field hockey try outs. I have had a constant stomach ache and migraine since i started to get stressed about school. I've also been pretty gassy and constantly tired. This stress sometimes causes me to cry, or bang the walls, or just curl up into a ball where ever i am. My face is also breaking out. PLEASE somebody please help me! Any ideas on how to reduce my stress? I really honestly need help before school starts or I don't know what on earth I'm going to do!
