SUBMITTING PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM UNDER TATKAAL SCHEME IN CHENNAI.?

I am aplying passport for my mom under tatkaal scheme .After filling the form along with all supportive documents needed i went to regional passport office in chennai to submitt the form directly taking my mom along with me.there i was told that i should fix an appointment ONLINE from their website (http://passport.tn.nic.in/ )to submitt this passport application(under TATKAAL SCHEME) form but i don't find any link to fix appointment on their site.i did email them to help me in this regard but no reply yet. so i am posting this here to help me if anyone knows the answer for this.my question is:
