I am using 2 hifonics 1606bxi mono amplifiers "1600rms" a piece.I have each amp on 2 10 inch subs....heres where it gets bad...at first I tried 4 punch 10 inch h2"s about 300 rms per sub

after about 3 weeks I began to smell the voice coils burning and they eventually blew...then I switched to 4 10 inch "re" se model subs"600 rms" a piece after about 1 month same result... after this happened, I deciced to make the rms of the amps match the rms of my subs.....I REALLY thought that this would work...WRONG!!! I went with 2 re se subs and 2 re sx subs" 1 re se and 1 re sx sub on each amp1600 watts total rms on amp and on subs..It sounded awesome for about 1 month again however this time its not the coils heating up, the woofers have begun to bottom out......I do not know what I should go with...I was thinking about going with 4 re sx"s all the way across this time...about 4000rms total....please help..thanks ,...steve I also am using a audio control EPIC-160 it increases the overall bass.
