SUPER sensitive teeth??

I'm not sure what is causing this. My teeth are sensitive to anything and everything. It feels like food is always hitting it wrong. It makes me get goosebumps , i couldn't even eat my salmon and salad tonight. what is this??? and how do i fix it??? thnx!

  1. You must have lost loads of enamel ! Get your teeth examined to rule out any kind of fracture or erosions we call caused bcoz of carbonated beverages.. You could use a desensitising tooth paste instead of what u use now. This is a relief but not a solution. You need to visit your dentist soon. Take care


  2. maybe ur getting a  cavity or its possible that u already have 1 growing inside ur tooth and u may not notice o to the dentist or it will hurt like a @$#!

  3. I would recommend getting sensodyne toothpaste! Brush 2-3 times a day and your sensitivity should be gone in a few weeks.
