SURGERY through GRE??

Hi,

i’d like to know from you about the future possibilities (each and every) of an MBBS student from India through GRE. i mean is medical field covered in GRE? can one get Masters of Surgery Degree from some foreign university thru GRE? i’m doubtful because i’ve hardly heard any medico writing GRE (any reason for it?). i’d like to get some extra info about my medical field postgraduation abroad thru GRE…

i never heard about use of gre to do postgrad in us. if you are planning to surgery residency in us. you have the usmle exams and apply to residecy programs through the match which starts in sept and ends in march. nowadays they expect clinical experience also. check this site http://www.ecfmg.org/ and this one too: http://www.aippg.info/
