SVC host error...

Question

Sir,

I take care of System administration in my office and Two pc's suddenly faced with "COPY.EXE" Error found some Trojan horses and Worms through symantec... Then removed autorun.inf file and rebooted at windows startup both pc's show the following error....

"WINDOWS CANNOT FIND C:\WINDOWS\SVCHOST.EXE"
and
"WINDOWS CANNOT LOAD C:\WINDOWS\SVCHOST.EXE"

how to get rid of this when scanned through spyware still some files are infected by worms..... I have the latest Pattern in symantec but not able to remove those through that spyware..
