SWEET SIXTEEN DRESS?????? ! ?

Question

Has anyone ever seen STILL STANDING the tv show? When Lauren is preparing for her sweet sixteen and she has the beautiful dress

its white, tight on the top, and fluffy on the bottom, but short.

i want something like that

so i guess its like a strapless wedding dress, tight on top (you have to tie it on the back) and fluffy on the bottom white.

money is no option. please, im looking too.

look at any wedding dress shop or if you go to butler, pa, there are HUGE prom dress and wedding dress stores. hope you can find one!

Here's a great link!! All of the dresses by this person are short, tight at the top, and puffy at the bottom! They have different tops like halter, corset, empire etc. But there are a few that meet your description perfectly!
