I believe it is a fraud that will lose money for most investors.

According to their website, it "is made up of American and European people" but they decided to register the company and run it out of Panama.

They offer returns that cannot be sustained.

They offer a "Referrals Commission" program to get more money invested. That makes it sould a lot like a Ponzi scheme. It also means that if you see it promoted by someone else they are likely promoting it in an attempt to earn a commission.

(Note: There are other companies in other countries that appear, at least informally, to also be called "SA investments" but I am assuming you are asking about the company to which I supplied a link.)
