  1. Drop all the all the  Three !

  2. None of them r best. All r bad loosers. They should have announce their retirment as soon as possible.

There's no space for them in Indian Cricket now.So its silly ask q about " Whom to drop n whom not?"

  3. sachin is best

  4. 3 are the best players in indian cricket ......u can't ignore any one

  5. all drop

  6. sachin is one of the great players in the world but nowadays sachin is in out of form .but sachin is  very important to test matches.so he is the best .and ganguly is also a great player but he is not in form if he returned to his old form he is a fantastic player for test and one day.so he not  to drop.and the last dravid is the most bad players in the world and he is not a good crickeeter

  7. no one best

  8. Its the only question of form and nothing else which seperates them. I think all the three have class and temperment at the highiest level, if you see their stats closely i can see that -

Best Player in Test Matches - Rahul Dravid - scored 10,000 runs in test cricket in 2007 where as Sachin did it in 2005 inspite of comming 7 years before him he averages 54.41.

Best Player in One day Internationals - Sachin Tendulkar - scored over and over 16,000 runs with an average of over 45 in ODI's.He has more centuries than any other player in the world with 42 hundreds second to him is Sourav Ganguly with 22 hundreds, a huge difference of twenty hundreds between them.

I guess inspite of these huge records you araised this question only because of their poor form in the previous series.I said it before and i say it again its only about 'form'.

  9. None of them should be dropped. It is unfair to players of their stature.

They can still play for another couple of years. their age will not affect their performance. Most of Aussie top players are in their 30's. Closer to home we have Sanath Jayasurya who plays so well even at the age of 39. If our players too are given a chance to play regularly im sure they will do very well.

  10. 1.sachin

    2.saurav

    3.dravid

  11. We can still have all the four in the team but play only three in the XI by rotation. This will also give chance to groom one young player side by side..

  12. all are the best 3 in the world! you cannot ignore even one of them!'coz players can be replaced but experience can never be replaced!

  13. i think sourav and dravid should be droped

  14. Sachin and Dravid will never be dropped in test, and sachin will never be dropped from ODIs. Are there any batsmen to replace them, no, so why ask that question.

However Ganguly is considered the weakest link in the indian middle order, and i think he might be dropped if he doesnt have a decent series against australia.

  15. dravid

  16. In tests: 1. Dravid 2.Tendulkar. 3. Saurav

    In odi   : 1. Tendulkar 2. Dravid 3. Ganguly.

As per current form Ganguly should be dropped from both forms

    Dravid from ODI

Sachin should play 1 test series & succed otherwise he should be dropped from tests

  17. sachin is the best

  18. without any doubt sachin is best but i will not drop any of 3 as it would be big mistake to drop any of the 3 on the basis of performance in Ind-sri test series as they have been scoring runs for india for a decade and lets then give more chances to prove ther worth for india .I am big fan of sidhu saying tat "Form is Temporary but Class is permanent"

so i would say it would be 2 early to say that Fab 4 should pave way for juniors , i believe they have still that fire to play for India and help India to win matches of there own .plz be patience and give them some time . we people have a habit that when a person is doing good them we all make him a god but when a player is not performing we come to conclusion that he is not at all worthy to play

  19. all r best before not now,all have to be droped

  20. 1st to go saurav because he is on f*g end of his carrier can do some positive in another carrier of cricket field.

2nd to go sachin but still he can play a year if he remain physically fit in actual, because mentally still he is fit.

3rd to go after world cup becuse the lean period of going to be over and dravid is still capable to play another two year or possiblly upto world cup next.

  21. Sachine

  22. well when sachin gets started hes amazing. but as of late hes been on a dry spell with lack of runs and getting injured. drop dravid because all he does is just play too many dot balls. i dont mind dada but i think drop him too. although sachin should retire sooner than later. and help train the younger kids

  23. SACHIN.

  24. Sachin is way above the other two... He will perform as long as he is fit...

The other two must give way for youngsters...

  25. i think sachin in team and dravid and ganguly drop the team

  26. I want to see the level of their performances during the last 3 years to determine this subject. I give below the year, the number of test matches played and the marks per match as assessed by me.

Dravid: (2008)/(6)/(46.1); (2007)/(12)/(31.6); (2006)/(13)/(56.2). Overall a pass mark. He can continue.

Sachin: (2008)/(4)/(19.5); (2007)/(11)/(53.4); (2006)/(9)/(25.7). Overall a failure. To be dropped and retired.

Laxman: (2008)/(6)/(49); (2007)/(10)/(44.2); (2006)/(11)/(32.7). Overall a passmark. He can continue.

Sourav: (2008)/(6)/(43.8); (2007)/(12)/(44.9); (2006)/(5)/(38.8). Overall a passmark. He can continue.

If you see the performances in the entire career, Dravid is the best batsman. Then Sachin, Laxman and Sourav follow.

  27. None to drop! The 3 of them have been the best cricketerers to play for India in this era.

Going by statistics, and technique, Sachin is easily the best. Sourav and Dravid can't be compared that easily, as both have a different temperament, and are good in their own ways. Dravid is a better batsman, but Ganguly was an excellent skipper, and a good all rounder. Together the 3 of them are indispensable for the Indian team. Indian team is nothing without the big 3. All of them should be retained for some more time.

  28. drop all three or none!

they always wanted the limelight on themselves, in the past for more runs scored, now for the least runs...
