Sacramento or Dallas?

Question

Live in sac, young college graduate with no chance of buying a house, How does the 25-30yr olds like dallas? housing and quality of life? Thx for your answers in advance. please no old cal people that bought there half million dollar home 25yrs ago for 50 bucks and you swear cal is the greatest place.

I don't know anything about you but I'll do my best. If you like to keep most of the money you make, Dallas has no income tax. If you like pretty girls, well, there's no place like Texas. If you like pretty guys, well, that'll be a problem. Texas guys aren't into being pretty ;) If you like cheap rent, good job opportunities, great nightlife, being outdoors, clean air, Nascar, tight jeans on women in cowboy boots and hats, Dallas is for you. If guns make you quiver, stay in California, everybody owns guns over here. Dallas is a boomtown right now and into the foreseeable future. Everything is happening there. If you like small towns, no traffic and knowing everybody's name, you aren't going to like Dallas. It is a big city in Texas. If you haven't been around many Texans, you will definitely be in for culture shock. People in Dallas believe things. They aren't "open minded". Murderers should die and we need a fence along our southern border. Not a lot of equivocation goin' on over here. As a former Californian, I love it. Some of my friends find it frightening. If you are not that fond of America, don't move to Dallas.
