Saddle's seat shapes?

how come dressage and ap saddles have a rounded cantle?

and jumping/cc saddles have squared cantle?

well, Ive seen dressage saddles with square cantles, and jumping saddles with rounded ones..

its just a matter of "style" (preference, and tradition..) and who designs the saddle, the shape of cantle makes no difference as to the use of the saddle.
