Saddle order?

I ordered a saddle from http://www.statelinetack.com and it was order 5 days ago and has still not even been shipped! The status has said "At drop shipper" all week. What does that even mean!!! PLease help im going insane

This means the saddle was shipped by Stateline to a shipping warehouse. The saddle will wait there until there's a full load for a truck to take to your local shipping facility, then the saddle will be put on a truck to your home. Some ship quickly with this method and others take up to two weeks at the warehouse before a truck is full that is heading for your area.

Well how fast of shipping did you pay for??call statelinetack and give them your shipping code.Then should be able to tell u when it should arrive

I would give them a call and find out why it is taking so long to ship.  Drop shipping, means it will ship directly from the warehouse, the factory, ect..  It will not be shipping from Stateline.  It sounds like the saddle is on backorder and that is why it has not shipped yet, and shipping direct to you will cut off some delivery time.

ADD: We can not give you any more information as far as your order.  Many of the saddles listed on their website say they ship directly from the manufacture and most say to expect shipment in 1-4 weeks.  If you want to find out whats going on, you are going to have to call them.

"At Drop Shipper" means that the order is at the manufacturer's and they will ship it to you from their location.

Anytime you see a "Drop Ship", it means that the order is being shipped from another location NOT the company who sold it to you.

You could contact State Line and ask them what the hold up is at the manufacturer's and surprise the heck outta them.
