Saeco via venezia overheat cut out

Have had my saeco via venezia in for repairs 3 x now because it overheats and trips its overheat cutout switch. Would love to know how to reset it myself as it takes 4-6 weeks to get it through the repair centre. It happens if I steam milk and forget to run water back through the boiler. Any soultions?
