Pakistan’s Doosra master, Saeed Ajmal, has set sights on doing something special in the forthcoming clash against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013.
Along with a three-match Test series, the two teams are scheduled to play four One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 Internationals in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/United-Arab-Emirates-c3033 next year.
While it will be a crunch contest between the top sides of the cricketing world, Ajmal feels that the series is a great chance for him to do better than Swann and notch the crown of the best off-spinner in the world.
Both spinners have been great performers for their respective teams over the last couple of years. After playing a pivotal role in England’s Ashes victory last year, Swann gave his pacers great support to wrest the No. 1 position in the Test rankings from

Being the only spinner in the crew, a lot of responsibility rests on Swann’s shoulders and he has been doing a terrific job for the last two years. Ajmal admitted that his opponent is in excellent rhythm these days but sill expressed confidence to outclass
him and prove to the world that he is the best.
"Swann is a tremendous bowler and I admire him a lot. I have learnt watching him bowl. You watch closely he bowls the off-break with three variations. I will love the challenge of trying to do better than him in the coming series. I look at the series against
England as a test to decide who is the best off-spinner in the world," said Ajmal who has grabbed 12 wickets in three Tests so far against England.
When asked about young players’ rising interest in the shortest version of the game due to involvement of too much money, the right-arm offie shared that even though, each version of the sport is important, the tradition form of cricket should be the main
priority.
"Any spinner today worth his salt has to have lot of variation in his armoury to survive the grind of playing in all three formats of the sport," added the 33-year-old spinner who has claimed five wicket-haul on three occasions so far in his 12-Test-old
career.
