The cricketer from Faisalabad represented the Green Shirts in all the five One Day Internationals (ODI) as well as both the T20 Internationals. Pakistan won the ODI series by a handsome margin of 3-1 and outclassed the Caribbean men in both the T20s, proving
their worth in the shortest format of the sport.
Ajmal bowled brilliantly throughout the tour and played an important role in the success of the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 team. The wily spinner is of the view that beating West Indies at their home grounds is no mean achievement.
"I am thankful to ALLAH on our success. I am satisfied with my performance in the West Indies. We have defeated the World T20 champions. They were not a weak side,” said Ajmal. "We have defeated them on their home ground. People should appreciate our win." 
One of the world’s finest spinners also praised the performance of the young Pakistani players during the tour and said that beating West Indies was a team effort.
"Young players played very well on the tour. It was a collective effort by all the players. You guys never appreciate us," he added upon.
