Safe Airlines To Book With?

I booked tickets with Zoom airlines to go from London, UK to Vancouver, Canada. Unfortunately (if you have not seen the news) they went bankrupt. I realize that the fuel charges are affecting all airlines.

Which ones are the safest to book with??

London UK to Vancouver Canada please.

Air Canada has had no Accidents with long haul modern day jets and has a very good safety record try to avoid american airlines (not the airline) It flys direct from london-heathrow to vancouver
