Safe and straight forward ringtone sites?

I have the LG fusic. I Keep 2 gigs of music on it just for the radio transmitter even though I usually got my ipod on me but the thing is it doesn't let me use ANY of that music as my ringtone and I think that is stupid. I usually keep my phone on vibrate but today I realized all the ring tones are kind of girly or just... annoyingly ringy haha.

What are some sites that can send a ringtone to your phone (the kind you give them your number to) that won't have any charges or annoying messages or gives your number away to other places and such?

my friends all have their own preferred sites but I just don't really trust them.
