I have a seat belt violation, would they knock me out of a job that requires a "safe driving record" ?

If so, is it permanent? Or if I go 5 or more years without a ticket, do I get that title back? lol

  1. Seat belt violations are normally considered non-moving and won't affect your safe driving record.

    The speeding ticket will!

  2. a seatbelt violation ticket was either written because it was "Click it or Ticket" week.....and the officer wrote you for that or you committed a moving violation and enlieu of a moving violation...

which is points on your license and a large fine, they substituted and found a non moving violation such as the seat-belt ticket to write you.

IT WILL NOT RUIN your safe driving record.

    I promise.

  3. No.....

  4. well...if you are endangering YOURSELF they probably wouldent care for the seat belt thing. The speeding ticket is what you should be scared of because that isent safe for EVERYONE on the road.
