Safe headache meds when ttc?

what is something safe that i can take for a bad headache when trying to concieve/possibly pregnant?

i have tylenol extra strength 500mg,ibuprofen, and excedrin in the house.

please let me know what you think.

  1. take the tylenol.. that is the only thing that i can take and i am 13 weeks prego


  2. I was told by my Doctor that Tylenol is the only safe pain med to take while pregnant.  

  3. Tylenol is the only safe pain reliever while you are pregnant. Try taking one and then going from there.

  4. you can take tylenol, but you need to see how bad it is. I suffer from migraines and i hate taking the extra meds while I'm preg so i let cold water go over my head. then i lay down in a dark room with a cold wet rag on my forehead. also i might drink a soda for the caffeine. since i am diabetic i drink the diet kind. gl

  5. Any of those are safe this early on.  But if you are really worried, I'd go with the Tylenol.
