Safe mode virus scan is "blocked"?

Every file in safe mode scan said "file locked cannot scan" what's up!??

Download SDFix ... http://www.downloads.andymanchesta.com/R...

Install it and reboot into safe mode.

Click on Start > Run and in the Open box type: c:\sdfix\runthis.bat

let it complete and reboot into normal mode.  Wait for SDFix to complete in normal mode and you should have a clean system.
