  1. Maybe try protein shakes so you don't have to eat a ton of food to get a lot of protein. I like Kashi GoLean Vanilla shakes. 2 scoops of it has 21 grams of protein. Clif Builders Bars also have lots of protein in them (20 grams per bar).

(And, yes they are both vegan.)

  2. i wouldnt recomend using it but createn. the reason i wouldnt recomend it is because if you stop working out then it becomes water weight, but it is safe and it does work.

  3. The best supplement to you diet would be exercise.

Plain and simple.  If you stimulate your muscles, they will grow bigger.  No need for supplements at all.  Forget all those body building magazines.  They are a bunch of roid freaks and supplement pushers.

  4. One word PROTEIN!!

Beans, peas, legumes, green leafy vegetables etc.

Also try protein shakes such as whey protein and muscle milk.

P.S. I agree, the old style of Yahoo was much better. It keeps on trying to tell me how to write! :-[

  5. I don't recommend any supplements other than B12.

I just wanted to make sure that you have seen the following:
