Safe search stays on, even after it says preferences saved after I click on save then finish?

I can't seem to turn safesearch filter off even after I edit settings then click save and finished. It says your preferences has been saved but when I go back to yahoo it still says safe search is on. Please help.

I am sure there is a minimum age for that. If you are above the adult boundary restart your pc. Your age is in your profile and Y is automated for that feature.
