Safe to take centrum forte vitimins with muscle heat warps???

im 14 and im taking centrum vitimins centrum forte is that a good idea???

there vitimin tablets.

and im also taking shoulder relief warps..

this maybe sound like a stupid idea but im better to be safe than sorry...

The vitamins most advertised, are mostly the inferior kind!!
