Safe way to clean xbox 360?

i heard dust isnt good for xbox 360 it safe to use canned air to get the dust out if so where should i spray to get the best results?

U NEED TO LET THE FANS DO TEHRE JOB  THERE DESIGNED TO PUSH DUST OUT (THEY ACTLY DO THERE JOB TO KEEP SYSTEM COOL BUT GOD DANG MICROSOFT PUT TO MUCH POWER IN THERE CHIPS MAKING THEM OVER HEATY

IF U USE AIR SPRAY IT MAKE IT WORSE  IT PUSH DUST ALL OVER THE XBOX VS  KEEPING IT IN ONE SPOT

HAVE U SEEN COMPUTER SOME HAVE LIKE PIP[E THAT KEEP DUST IN ONE SPOT  SO THE DUSH DONT GET ALL OVER THE SHIKPS AND THAT. NEWER COMEPUTER USELY HAS THIS OLDER ONES DUST FLOATS EVERY WHERE
